RareLucky works with international shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, SF Express, UPS, and other trusted logistics providers. These carriers may cooperate with local postal services to ensure reliable door-to-door delivery worldwide.
Order Processing
- All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday).
- Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes to the order or shipping address may no longer be possible.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
- All orders include tracking numbers.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
- If more than 5 business days have passed and you have not received tracking details, please contact info@rarelucky.com.
Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may sometimes be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability and logistics arrangements. Packages may therefore arrive on different dates.
Duties and Taxes
We prepay duties and taxes for 95%+ of destinations, so you can typically expect no additional fees at delivery.
Remote or exceptional locations may be excluded due to local customs or carrier limitations. If any charges are requested upon delivery, please contact us at info@rarelucky.com and we’ll assist you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
RareLucky is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Email us at info@rarelucky.com so we can assist you
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
- RareLucky is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
