RareLucky Refund Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rarelucky.com so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items. This means that within 14 days of receiving your item, if it is defective or damaged, you may request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We may request photos or videos clearly showing the issue before approving the return.

To initiate a return request, please email info@rarelucky.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that due to the surprise nature of our products, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.


Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Customers may request an order cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order.

However, due to our fast processing system, some orders may already be prepared or shipped by the time we receive your request.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.

A 7% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@rarelucky.com.


Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If a delivery fails and the package is returned to us, our logistics partner may automatically resend the order once it arrives back at our warehouse.

Customers will receive a new tracking number for the resent shipment.

Please note:

  • If you wish to request a refund due to a failed delivery, the request must be made while the order is still in transit back to our warehouse.

  • Once the order has been resent, refunds will no longer be possible.


Processing Fees and Shipping Costs

All refunds may be subject to a 7% processing fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as shipping services are provided by third-party carriers and cannot be recovered once the shipment has been initiated.
