RareLucky Refund Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rarelucky.com so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.

To help us review the issue, we may request clear photos or videos showing the item, packaging, and the problem received before approving a return, replacement, or refund.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. This means that within 14 days of receiving your order, if your item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you may contact us to request assistance.

To be eligible for an approved return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue may be required

To initiate a return request, please email hello@rarelucky.com with your order number and details of the issue.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

After an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you may have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

To submit a withdrawal request, please use our EU Withdrawal / Return Request form.

Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return or issue a refund. We will review your request and contact you with return instructions if your order is eligible.

Please include your order number, name, email address, country, and the item(s) you wish to return when submitting your request.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.


Surprise, Mystery, and Preference-Based Items

Due to the surprise nature of our Mystery Mini Bags, LuckyScoops, mystery-style products, and gift box elements, returns or refunds based on personal preference are not accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Not liking the color, style, shape, or design received

  • Receiving a surprise item that is different from personal expectations

  • Changing your mind after the order has been shipped

  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake

  • Preference-based requests related to mystery or surprise items

We are happy to receive customer preferences or notes before an order is prepared. However, because some RareLucky products are mystery or surprise-based, preferences cannot be guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page.


Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible so your package can be prepared and shipped in a timely manner.

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved and your order has not yet been shipped, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

After an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Mystery Mini Bags

  • LuckyScoops and surprise items

  • Mystery-style gift box items

  • Items returned due to personal preference

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Earrings or jewelry items that have been worn, for hygiene reasons

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Final sale items, if applicable

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges based on personal preference after an order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rarelucky.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the situation and help resolve it properly.


Local Laws and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

If local laws or regulations provide you with additional rights, including statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or consumer protection rights, those rights will apply as required by applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, PayPal, or other payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, missing information, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package in time, please contact us at hello@rarelucky.com as soon as possible.

If the package is returned to us, we will review the situation and provide the available options based on the shipping status and carrier information.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because the package is already in transit

  • If a package is resent, a new tracking number may be provided

  • Additional shipping costs may apply if the failed delivery was caused by an incorrect address, missing information, refusal, or failure to collect the package


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a return is approved because the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide further instructions based on the specific situation.
