This page is for EU customers who wish to submit a statutory withdrawal request.

Submitting this request does not automatically approve a return or issue a refund. We will review your request and contact you with return instructions if your order is eligible.

Please include your order number, name, email address, country, and the item(s) you wish to return in the form below.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
